Modi Awas Gharkul Yojana

The benefit is given to eligible beneficiaries belonging to Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Classes.

• Beneficiary selection criteria

1. Selection will be made from the list of families who have been served under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Eligible beneficiaries should be selected through the gram sabha in order of priority based on the interest received from the said available list.
2. Under this scheme, site inspection of the eligible beneficiaries selected through Gram Sabha should be done.
3. Beneficiaries selected through gram sabha should be scrutinized at taluka level by group development officer and then sent to district level for approval.
