Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay assisted in the purchase of shelter space

Center and State Sponsored Housing Scheme – Eligible beneficiaries in rural areas who have been approved for housing, 500 sq. Approval has been given to purchase land up to ft. 500 per beneficiary under the scheme. For purchase of sq. ft. land the actual cost of land or Rs. 10,0000/- whichever is less financial assistance is given.

Considering the high rates of land and low availability of land in gram panchayats near the city, 500 sq. Upto Rs.100000/- per beneficiary is approved for purchase of subsidized land for construction of two storeyed (G+1) or three storeyed (G+2) building with the consent of two or three beneficiaries as per local authority building regulations in the area upto.
