Area development program to provide basic/infrastructure facilities in minority dominated rural areas

Objective:- To improve the standard of living of the minority citizens residing in the rural areas where the population of minorities is significant by providing basic / infrastructure facilities. Terms and conditions:- The population of the minority group (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi) out of the total population of the Gram Panchayat should be at least 100 or more. Nature of work:- All facilities including protective walls for graveyard/cremation ground/funeral site, 2) Public hall/Shadikhana hall, 3) All civic / infrastructure facilities. Eg. Drinking water facility/electricity supply/Idgah/sewage system/roads/street lights/public toilets/Anganwadi, Balwadi center etc. To whom should the application be made:- Proposal along with the approved resolution of the Gram Sabha should be sent to the Group Development Officer by 15th June and by 15th June. Group Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti to submit proposal to Chief Executive Officer, ZP by 15th July.
